This gives us a naturally sweet, high-quality raw material that we process within a few hours of harvesting.<br \/>\nOur berries in syrup are prepared using a selection of characteristic fruits.<br \/>\nWe start with the blueberry, a wild plant that grows in many areas of Europe. It is short, no more than 40 centimetres tall, and produces small dark berries covered with a light bloom and intensely coloured flesh. Next is the redcurrant, with its clusters of translucent red or pink berries, which have a lively, sweet and slightly tart flavour.
