Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our citrus honey is harvested in May. It has a very light colour and releases a fruity aroma reminiscent of orange blossoms. It is crystallised and has a lively, aromatic flavour, ideal with fresh cheeses, but also with mature cheeses such as caciocavallo. Perfect with seared fish, in sweet and sour dishes, roasts and savoury preparations.
