With its light amber colour and fresh aroma, this honey is crystallised and extremely versatile in the kitchen. It is ideal with roast pork, game and wild game, or paired with fresh soft cheeses and mountain cheeses. It is excellent with cooked fruit compotes, quince mustards and for sweetening herbal teas and teas.
