Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mint honey is harvested between June and July. It is liquid, with an amber colour and reddish highlights. Very fragrant, it has an aromatic flavour that is not very sweet but tasty, making it extremely versatile. It is excellent paired with fresh cheeses such as pecorino, or with fruit jams.
