We have always cultivated legumes in our fields in Alba: in addition to being stars in the kitchen, they still play a fundamental role in crop rotation, naturally enriching the soil. We offer many local varieties, perfect for soups, main courses, salads, sauces, and side dishes. Available both dried—to be soaked before cooking—and already boiled, ready to enjoy with ease.
