Lard with truffle

Our soft and fragrant truffle lard is enriched with the flavour of truffles and preserved in olive oil. A perfect combination of the sweetness of lard and the intense aroma of truffles, ideal for serving on warm bread, as a refined appetiser or to add an elegant touch to hot dishes.

Lard 75% (pork, salt, natural flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate), olive oil 23%, truffle 2% (tuber Aestivum), flavouring.
