Fruit in syrup

Our fruit in syrup is born from the desire to preserve all the flavor of fresh fruit, picked in our orchards of Alba and the Langhe at the right point of ripeness and processed within a few hours. It’s a genuine and traditional way to have seasonal fruit always available, ready to enjoy all year round.

We offer three varieties: the simple one with only water and sugar, which enhances the purity of the fruit; the wine-flavored one, where the alcohol evaporates leaving only delicate aromas; and finally, the Moscato grappa specialties, with a more intense and enveloping taste.
