Fruit preserve production process
After the seasonal harvest, the fruit arrives at the farm and is promptly processed. The entire production process is carried out manually according to the ancient farming tradition of homemade production.
We use the “open-air” processing method which is the classic method used since ancient times for fruit preservation. The fruit, after being carefully cleaned and washed, is cooked with cane sugar in large open pots. This method allows for better evaporation of the water contained in the fruit, helping to obtain a jam with a dense and rich consistency.
