Grilled Aubergines

Our grilled aubergines are slowly grilled over charcoal to bring out their flavour, then preserved in jars with extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs. A simple, authentic product, perfect for salads, starters, as a side dish or on canapés for a delicious aperitif.

Varietal characteristics

Our aubergines are distinguished by their thin skin, firm flesh and delicate flavour, with a slightly sweet note. They grow in open fields, ripening in the sun and developing an ideal balance between texture and taste, perfect for barbecuing.

Aubergines 60%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), herbs, salt.
