Citrus Honey

Our citrus honey is harvested in May. It has a very light colour and releases a fruity aroma reminiscent of orange blossoms. It is crystallised and has a lively, aromatic flavour, ideal with fresh cheeses, but also with mature cheeses such as caciocavallo. Perfect with seared fish, in sweet and sour dishes, roasts and savoury preparations. In pastry-making, it is suitable for sauces, glazes, doughs, and as a natural sweetener for teas, herbal teas and infusions.

We keep our bees with care and respect, following a natural, nomadic method that makes the most of the diverse blooms of Piedmont. Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition.
