High mountain honey from Limone Piemonte

Our high mountain honey is harvested between June and July in the unspoilt areas of Limone Piemonte. This honey stands out for its very pleasant flavour and amber colour. It is crystallised, a natural sweetener and perfect for enjoying on toast at the end of a meal or with fresh fruit, whose acidity it softens. It is also ideal in fruit salads, where it enhances their natural properties and aromas.

We keep our bees with care and respect, following a natural, nomadic method that makes the most of the diverse blooms of Piedmont. Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition.
