Eucalyptus honey

Our eucalyptus honey is harvested in July and has a crystallised texture and characteristic hazelnut colour. Its aromatic, caramelised scent, reminiscent of dried porcini mushrooms, makes it unique and unmistakable. Ideal for sweet and sour sauces, it pairs perfectly with medium-aged savoury cheeses and tender meat dishes, enhancing their flavour with its intense and persistent taste. Eucalyptus honey is also excellent as a topping for yoghurt or for sweetening hot drinks.

We keep our bees with care and respect, following a natural, nomadic method that makes the most of the diverse blooms of Piedmont. Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition.
