Apple blossom honey

Our apple honey is harvested in May. With its light amber colour and fresh aroma, this honey is crystallised and extremely versatile in the kitchen. It is ideal with roast pork, game and wild game, or paired with fresh soft cheeses and mountain cheeses. It is excellent with cooked fruit compotes, quince mustards and for sweetening herbal teas and teas. It also lends itself to creative uses: for dressing wild herb salads, as an ingredient in apple-based cocktails, or for creating sauces and marinades with an original flavour.

We keep our bees with care and respect, following a natural, nomadic method that makes the most of the diverse blooms of Piedmont. Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition.
