Mint honey

Mint honey is harvested between June and July. It is liquid, with an amber colour and reddish highlights. Very fragrant, it has an aromatic flavour that is not very sweet but tasty, making it extremely versatile. It is excellent paired with fresh cheeses such as pecorino, or with fruit jams. Perfect for sweetening tea, herbal teas and infusions, enhancing their aroma, it can also be used in vinaigrettes, with raw fish, stretched-curd cheeses, omelettes, or simply spread on bread and rusks, or in yoghurt.

We keep our bees with care and respect, following a natural, nomadic method that makes the most of the diverse blooms of Piedmont. Our honey is pure, unpasteurised and unfiltered, the result of a balance between nature and tradition.
