Semidried tomaotes

Our semi-dried confit tomatoes are slowly cooked at a low temperature to enhance their natural sweetness without making them too intense. Preserved in sunflower oil with simple, wholesome flavours—garlic, oregano, and vinegar—they maintain a soft and juicy texture, perfect for a variety of culinary uses.
Ideal to enjoy on their own as a tasty appetizer, or to enrich salads, pizzas, meat, fish, or vegetable dishes. They are also excellent for creating dips and dressings with a delicate yet enveloping flavour.

The tomatoes used for our confit are a prized Italian variety with an elongated shape, firm flesh, thin skin, and few seeds. Their naturally sweet, low-acid flavour makes them ideal for slow cooking, preserving both softness and delicate taste even after partial drying.
