Our plums, harvested at full ripeness, are preserved in a brandy made from Moscato grape pomace. The result is a product with a full, aromatic flavour, where the fruit’s natural sweetness blends with the floral and fruity notes of the brandy.
Excellent served at the end of a meal, paired with aged cheeses, or used in the kitchen to enhance desserts and special culinary creations.

Varietal characteristics

Plums (Prunus domestica) are the fruits of a tree belonging to the Rosaceae family, subfamily Prunoideae. E’ una pianta originaria dell’Europa.
L’albero raggiunge dimensioni modeste, fino a 4-5 metri. In spring it blooms with one or two flowers per bud, with very white flowers. E’ una pianta che, grazie alla fioritura tardiva, sopporta molto bene il rigore delle temperature invernali. Leaves are simple, elliptical, and serrated at the margin.
Fruits are oval, purplish in color, and covered with a substance called bloom. The kernel is elongated and pointed.
