Fruit in syrup

Plums in syrup

In our orchards in Alba, we grow the Santa Clara plum, a prized and naturally sweet variety with a delicate fragrance and juicy flesh. It is handpicked only at the right point of ripeness and processed within a few hours to preserve all its freshness. The fruit is then soaked in a light natural syrup made from water and cane sugar, which enhances its authentic flavor without overpowering it. The result is a fresh, crisp fruit that is great to enjoy au naturel with desserts, yogurt or ice cream. Finally, the syrup is delicious to drink or to use in cocktails and sweet recipes.
