Tomini cheese in olive oil

From the cheesemaking tradition of the Langhe, our natural tomino is carefully aged and preserved in olive oil to enhance its delicate, authentic flavour. Perfect as a tasty appetizer, served with bread or vegetables, or as a delightful touch at the end of a meal. Also ideal for grating over pasta dishes to add a unique and creamy flavour.

Tomino is a small Piedmontese cheese, rich in flavour and tradition. Its name comes from the local dialect term “tuma”, which refers to the “falling” of the casein during coagulation. Although the name means “small toma,” the two cheeses share no characteristics other than their regional origin.
Tomino appears as a small, white, fresh disc with a soft, crumbly texture and a sweet, delicate, and slightly tangy flavour.
