The nectarines grown by us in our orchards of Alba, “capital” of the Langhe hill, are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed within hours, adding only natural “light” syrup made with water and sugar cane.
These peaches in particular were traditionally grown in the vineyards and, as a time lunch was eaten in the field, was the fresh fruit after a meal! Precisely for this reason had to be small but extremely tasty. Our plants have originated really from these old plants.
The result is a product preserved with the same characteristics of a fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and enhances the distinctive flavor of this particular variety of peach.
They are great to taste the natural, or simply opening the jar to make delicious desserts, and ice cream.
The syrup is excellent to drink!
