We cultivate lentils with care and respect for the environment, choosing light, well-drained and sunny soils that are ideal for their growth. This traditional variety, typical of the Mediterranean basin, is particularly appreciated for its high nutritional value, tender texture and full, harmonious flavour. The seeds are small, round, light brown in colour with a characteristic dark spot in the centre, reminiscent of a partridge’s eye.
We sow them in spring and harvest them when fully ripe, following nature’s timing, to obtain a quality product that is rich in flavour and naturally long-lasting.
