We cultivate Giant Green Lentils with care and respect for the land, selecting light, well-drained and sunny soils, ideal for this rustic and generous variety. Native to the Mediterranean area, they are increasingly appreciated for their nutritional qualities and intense, rich and slightly earthy flavour. The seeds are large, round and bright green, distinctive for their firm texture even after cooking.
