We cultivate and select peas with care and respect for the land, selecting light, well-drained and sunny soils, ideal for the growth of this ancient and generous legume. They come from traditional varieties of green peas which, after harvesting, are hulled and split, making them easier to digest and quicker to cook. The seeds, a soft matte light green in colour, retain all the sweet and delicate flavour of fresh peas.
They are sown in spring and harvested at full maturity to ensure a high-quality product, rich in nutrients, with a natural taste and excellent long-term storability.
