Fast Shipments in Italy

Subject to product availability. In this regard, the Customer acknowledges that the products offered by the Seller on the Website may be subject to variable availability and is therefore aware that the Seller must verify their actual availability at the time of purchase. If an order exceeds the available quantity, the Seller will inform the Customer via email that the item is no longer available for reservation or will indicate the waiting times to obtain the chosen item, asking whether to confirm the order or not.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be expressly indicated, separately from any other costs or expenses, at the conclusion of the order completion procedure and prior to the Customer’s selection of order confirmation.

Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary and the option to manage the order.

Goods Inspection

The Customer and/or their representative at the time of collection is required to check, at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier, the integrity of the delivered packages and the corresponding number, reporting in writing any discrepancies in the number and/or integrity of the packages in the designated space on the delivery note (DDT), which, duly signed, will remain with the carrier. After this, the Customer must contact Azienda Agricola Prunotto Mariangela ssa to report any issues within 10 days of delivery.

Important Notes

It is not possible to change the delivery method once the order has been placed.

In case the recipient is absent, the courier will make a new attempt or leave the package in storage.
