March is the month when nature slowly awakens: the first flowers begin to color the fields, the days grow longer, and in the air you can feel that freshness that announces the arrival of spring.

Here, around Azienda Agricola Mariangela Prunotto, March brings a different light and small signs of spring everywhere.

It is precisely the color of the first sun returning to warm the earth that inspires us in the kitchen: a bright yellow full of energy that immediately makes us think of the intense fragrance of lemons.

This is how our lemon preserve is born, prepared with carefully selected lemons and crafted using artisanal methods. For every 100 grams of preserve, we use about 110 grams of fresh lemons, preserving all their authentic flavor: intense, slightly bitter, and pleasantly refreshing.

It is perfect for preparing a fresh and fragrant tart, ideal for the first outdoor snacks or a picnic with friends.

March is the perfect month to enjoy simple things again: a ray of sunshine, the first flowers, and something good to share.
