Linden Honey

Lime Blossom honey is harvested between June and July. It is crystallised, with a light colour and a slightly minty, fresh and pleasant aroma. It is ideal for hot drinks, excellent as a sweetener for herbal teas, and perfect with fish dishes. On fresh fruit, it helps to reduce acidity, enhancing the flavour in a natural and delicate way.
