Fruit in syrup

Peaches preserved in white wine

We cultivate our nectarines in the orchards of Alba, the heart of the Langhe, and partly in the Roero. They are hand-harvested at the perfect level of ripeness and processed within a few hours to preserve their full freshness.
We immerse them in a delicate syrup made with Moscato wine and cane sugar, which enhances their natural flavor and aromatic qualities. The result is a refined, fragrant preserve that stays true to the taste of fresh fruit.
Usage suggestions: Perfect enjoyed on their own or with a dollop of whipped cream, they are excellent in fruit salads, with yogurt or ice cream, or paired with fresh cheeses such as ricotta or mascarpone. They are also ideal as a filling for tarts and baked desserts.
