We cultivate our hulled lentils with care and respect for the land, choosing well-drained, sunny and slightly infertile soils, ideal for this rustic and generous crop. They come from traditional varieties, carefully processed to remove the outer skin: this makes them particularly digestible, quick to cook and also suitable for feeding children.
We sow them in spring and harvest them when fully ripe, selecting only the best seeds. After harvesting, we proceed with shelling and natural drying to obtain a healthy product that is rich in flavour and easy to store over time.
