You will need
- 500g cherries in syrup organic farm Prunotto Mariangela
- 3 eggs
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g flour 00
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 200ml milk
- 2 tablespoons of Rum
- icing sugar
How to proceed
Grease a rotate and place the cherries in syrup halves.
Now prepare the batter: Beat in the eggs along with the sugar until the mixture is white and fluffy.
Add sifted flour and vanilla.
Heat the milk slightly and pour flush, also add the rum and when done, cover the cherries gently.
Now in the oven at 180 degrees for 30”.
