This recipe will allow you to enjoy our lentils in a quick but tasty … The name comes from the fact that they will be ready in just 20 minutes!
You will need
- 300 gr. Partridge eye lentils Prunotto Mariangela organic farm
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium sized onion
- 450 Organic fresch chopped tomatoes from Mariangela Prunotto Organic farm
- Extra virgin olive oil
Fry in a pressure cooker chopped celery, onion and bell pepper. When the onion is golden you add the tomatoes into small pieces, turn well and season with salt.
At this point, pour into pot lentils (if such amount occupy a cup, you have to put other 2 of water).
Close the pressure cooker after adding the amount of water needed and cook for 20 minutes from time.
Always remember to turn down the heat when you hear the whistle and start counting the cooking time from now on!
