Pan Crepes with plum jam

You will need

 

  • 5 slices of “box white bread ”
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour 00
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • butter q.b.
  • powdered sugar q.b.
  • 1 jar of plum extra jam Prunotto Mariangela organic farm

 

Hoe to proceed

 

With a pastry cutter, cut the bread into your mailbox, obtaining circles.
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, flour and sugar.
Dip your slices one by one and fry on both sides in a pan with a knob of butter that you add from time to time.
As soon as they are golden, sprinkle with plum jam to your liking.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
