You will need
- 5-6 slices of panettone
- q.b. of milk,
- q.b. of Rhum,
- 200 ml cream
- 1 jar of caramel apples jam of Prunotto Mariangela Organic Farm
- 2 tangerines
How to proceed
In a bowl, whip the cream.
Cut the slices of panettone in the horizontal direction of the thickness of an inch.
In a tray to layer slices of cake, sprinkle with a few tablespoons of milk and then Rhum.
Spread a thin layer of jam caramel apples and again make a layer of cream.
Cover with other slices of panettone, still wet with a little milk and rum.
Now, make a layer of whipped cream and garnish with slices of mandarin.
