You will need
- 1 jar of El Paisanot Antipasto di Pere Az. Agricola Prunotto Mariangela
- smoked scamorza cheese
- salami
- 1 carrot
- cutter
- toothpick
How to prepare
Peel and cut into small cubes the carrot, stick each cube with a half of toothpick.
With a round cutter, cut for each flower: 2 circles of salami and 2 of scamorza.
Cut each circle from center to border and then begin to assemble: slightly overlapping the edges of the cut side of each circle you will get a petal that we’re going to stick on the toothpick over the carrot cube, alternating a circle of salami and one of cheese.
On the top add a piece of “El Paisanot”.
