- 200 ml fresh cream
- 1 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoons sugar veil
- 4-5 tablespoons Ciocomel from Mariangela Prunotto organic farm
- cocoa powder
How to proceed
Melt mascarpone cheese with cream and start whipping. Then add sugar veil, and continue whipping.
When the mixture is ready, lay 3-4 tablespoons on the bottom of a big bowl or single little bowls, then add 2 tablespoons Ciocomel, and continue on levels.
Spread the surface with cocoa powder!
