You will need
- 250 g flour 00
- 80 g of sugar cane
- 80 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of kefir (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 150 g of cherries in syrup (weighed with stones)
- 200 g of grape
- 1 small pear
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour or semolina
How to proceed
Mix the flour with the brown sugar and baking powder, then put in the center of the butter into small pieces (cold), egg and kefir (or yogurt) and mix well with your hands until you get a smooth and homogeneous ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate the time to prepare the fruit.
Halve the grape berries, removing the seeds, remove the stones of the well-drained cherries and peel and dice the pear.
Ready all the fruit, take the dough with a rolling pin roll it out by giving a rectangular shape and sprinkle the surface (only in the long middle) with semolina to have something that will absorb some of the juices of the fruit.
On this area to fix all the fruit and I sprinkled with sugar cane.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until golden brown strudel.
Buon Appetito!
