Barbecued Black and White Beans

You will need

 

¼ lb bacon diced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 jar (500 g) of Corona beans Prunotto M.

1 jar (500 g) of Black beans Prunotto M.

½ Cup BBQ sauce

½ Cup ketchup

¼ Cup molasses

2 Tbl brown sugar

1 tsp Worcestshire

 

How to prepare

 

Take the beans for a night in cold water, then cook them with new water for about 40 minutes until they arrive at the right consistence

In large saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until it starts to crisp.

Add onions and sauté until transparent.

Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes.
